Iconic entrance to Margaret River, Bridgefield is the original accommodation in the town at the centre of the world renowned region of wine, forests, galleries, surf, beaches and caves.

Bridgefield may be bought independently, with the Jaguar service, or with adjacent business, Admiral Stirling Inn (see advertisement opposite).

Bridgefield Guest House is located on the town side of the bridge over the Margaret River, within easy walking distance of all the town's attractions, including restaurants, yet with the benefit of being opposite the Rain Garden and River walk trails.

Bridgefield is heritage Australian colonial on 1012m land, zoned commercial, comprising three buildings: the original Guest House, including guest lounge and dining; Cabin and Gallery building, which includes a manager's residence and reception. The accommodation comprises of eight guest rooms all with bathroom facilities, able to accommodate up to seventeen persons. There is an on-site caf-restaurant, with cellar, under lease, which provides chef's breakfasts for guests. The premises also house a chauffeur-driven Jaguar service, which is an optional extra to the purchase of Bridgefield. The Jaguars are a 1950 Mark V Drophead and a 1969 420G, in matching colours.

Furniture included as fixtures in the purchase are two fully refurbished original Jarrah and leather backbenches from the Western Australian Legislative Council (the Upper House of Parliament), circa 1904 and writing desks. There are other furnishings and furniture, including antiques, which may be purchased with the business.
