• Buy Acres will confirm your listing, alterations and withdrawal by email
• The property/business is registered under state law and you are the rightful owner of said property.
• In the case of partnerships all parties agree to advertisement.
• Agents and Business Brokers act on behalf of property owner with written consent from owner
• Professional advice has been sought in relation to the value of the said property/business.
• Information will be transferred to buyer’s section of Buy Acres once payment has been received.
• Buy Acres reserves the right to transfer information prior to payment being received.
• Limit on number of photos per advertisement.
• Advertised until sold, owner must make contacted at 18 months to continue listing
• Buy Acres has the right to remove any listing within 18 months if contact details phone/email are no longer connected
• Buy Acres will not act on behalf of any property owner in regard to the sale of property
• Buy Acres will email confirmation of the sale/withdrawal of property listing
• Photos remain the property of Buy Acres and will not be returned
• Agents/Brokers to use separate registration form per listing
• Buy Acres internet advertising is subject to the actions of other parties in regard to web access and availability.
• Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on a "as is" and "as available" basis
